Job summary

Websters Rural is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our infrastructure team in the West Midlands. You will provide specialist advice on valuations, land acquisition, and compulsory purchase matters for major infrastructure projects, and manage your own caseload alongside Partners.

As MRICS-qualified with Registered Valuer status and at least two years' PQE, you will mentor Graduate Surveyors, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications

  • MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status.
  • Minimum two years' post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in compulsory purchase and compensation work.
  • Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent report writing and communication abilities.
  • Business development mindset with client-focused approach.
  • Experience supervising junior team members.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare valuation reports to RICS standards.
  • Advise on land acquisition and disposal matters.
  • Negotiate compulsory purchase and compensation claims.

Senior Surveyor - Infrastructure & Compulsory Purchase

Our client, a well-established consultancy seeking an MRICS-qualified Senior Surveyor to join their growing infrastructure team in West Midlands. Position Overview

You will provide specialist advice on valuations, land acquisition, and compulsory purchase matters for major infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced Partners, you'll manage your own caseload while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
