The Role

As a Senior Surveyor, you will join a specialist Site Assembly & CPO team, advising both public and private sector clients on complex development, regeneration and infrastructure schemes across the UK.

Working alongside experienced Partners and senior colleagues, the Senior Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects from initial strategy through to implementation, working with multidisciplinary teams including legal advisers, engineers, project managers and land referencers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on compulsory purchase and land assembly strategies.
• Supporting the promotion and implementation of Compulsory Purchase Orders.
• Undertaking property valuations, acquisitions and negotiations.
• Preparing compensation assessments and cost estimates.
• Working closely with clients and project teams to deliver project objectives.
• Supporting client meetings and presentations alongside senior colleagues.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide joined-up advice.
• Mentoring graduate surveyors and contributing to their development.
• Promoting the firm's wider consultancy services where appropriate.
