Responsibilities

• Join one of Scotland’s most established rural consultancies
• Varied portfolio including utilities, valuation, and renewable energy
• Flexible and hybrid working available
• Strong team culture and long-term development opportunities
• Advise on land rights, access, and compensation
• Carry out site visits and meet clients across the region
• Support with land referencing and digital mapping
• Manage compensation claims and valuations (incl. renewables)
• Liaise regularly with stakeholders and internal teams
• Work across a range of rural, forestry, and utilities projects

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Rural Surveyor or Land Agent
• MRICS and Registered Valuer preferred
