The role offers varied workload, strong client exposure and long-term career development, with duties including estate management, rural property sales, compensation and farm business planning, client management and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and strong rural surveying experience are essential.
• Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills are required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

About the Role

I'm currently working with an established and highly regarded multidisciplinary property consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced MRICS Rural Surveyor to join its rural team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded rural professional looking for a varied workload, strong client exposure and genuine long-term career development.

Working alongside experienced surveyors, planners and property professionals, you'll advise a diverse portfolio of farms, estates and rural landholdings.

The role will include

The ideal candidate
