Responsibilities

• Lead on complex rural estate strategies and advise landowners, investors and institutions on asset optimisation.
• Identify new opportunities, build networks and contribute to growth of rural consultancy.
• Coordinate and provide expert advice to clients while delivering on delivery obligations with the team.
• Support other team members and help develop their knowledge and understanding.
• Ensure compliance with RICS standards, agricultural policy and environmental law.
• Represent the company at industry events and grow the professional network.
