Qualifications
- MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer.
- Strong knowledge of land, agriculture, and business matters.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Advise landowners on maximising land value through option and promotion agreements.
- Advise landlords and tenants on tenancy matters.
- Undertake valuations of rural assets as well as residential and commercial property.
- Assist in sales and lettings and manage client relationships.
- Support delivery of business plans and financial performance.
- Manage performance and workload to meet targets.
