Land & Rural Business Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)
Location:Edinburgh, Perth or Angus (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

A highly respected and progressive legal practice is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Solicitor to join its Land & Rural Business team. This opportunity is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to three years of post-qualification experience who has an interest in the rural sector and property law.

The Role
You will support a busy and reputable rural property team on a diverse range of matters including:

The sale and purchase of farms, estates, and agricultural land

Renewable energy projects and rural development

Agricultural tenancies, crofting law, and title conditions

Security work and title examination

The Ideal Candidate

NQ–3 years’ PQE, preferably with rural property or commercial property experience

A genuine interest in the agricultural sector and land law

Strong communication and organisational skills

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

Keen to build long-term client relationships and develop sector expertise
