Job summary

TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK property practice to recruit an Associate-level Property/Estates Manager for their Birmingham asset management team. The role offers hybrid working and a chance to lead a three-person survey team on a diverse rural portfolio.

You will deliver estate management, provide professional consultancy, and advance client relationships while supervising valuations, disposals, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• MRICS, AssocRICS or MARLA qualification.
• Extensive experience in land management.
• Experience in leading a team and line management.
• Experience dealing with clients, stakeholders and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised with good time management.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of surveyors, overseeing day-to-day operations of rural property portfolios.
• Deliver expert consultancy on rural and land management matters.
• Ensure services are efficiently managed and tailored to client needs.
• Conduct Red Book Valuations and Market Appraisals.
• Provide strategic guidance on property disposals.
• Inspire and motivate team members and promote collaboration.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain trust.
