Beach Baker Recruitment seeks an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor to join a respected rural team in Leicestershire. The role offers diverse work across rural property, valuations and planning, with a supportive team and clear career progression.

The ideal candidate will have several years post-qualification experience, strong client-facing skills and a drive to develop expertise across the rural sector within a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of rural property, estate management and valuation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Advising on rural property matters such as agricultural tenancies and land use.
• Carrying out accurate and detailed valuations.
• Providing advice on compulsory purchase, utilities and compensation matters.
• Supporting rural planning and development projects.
• Assisting with infrastructure scheme delivery.
• Contributing to farm agency and wider Land Agency work.
