Job summary

Strutt and Parker’s Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Stamford seeks a MRICS-qualified rural surveyor to lead estate management work and client service across a broad range of professional rural services, with opportunities for career progression.

You will manage assets, oversee rent reviews and negotiations, mentor junior staff, and help develop diversified, sustainable land strategies for clients.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified – preferably Rural pathway.
• Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree.
• PQE and client-facing rural consultancy experience.
• CAAV membership/qualification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading key personnel.
• Maintaining and growing a strong and prestigious client base.
• Developing new business opportunities for the wider team.
• Monitoring profitability of client relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Education

Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree
