Job summary

MorePeople is seeking a hands-on Rural Surveyor / Estate Manager to lead a talented team delivering premium rural estate management services for a prestigious national client. You will act as the trusted advisor and local representative, managing a diverse portfolio of rural, commercial and residential assets while driving diversification, development and natural capital opportunities.

• MRICS qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.

Negotiating leases, rent reviews and property transactions to maximise portfolio performance. Overseeing budgets, forecasting, reporting and capital projects. Building strong client relationships and presenting at senior stakeholder meetings. Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.

You’ll be an experienced Rural Surveyor or Estate Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to lead people, manage complex estates and build lasting client relationships. You’ll also bring:
