Job summary
Dyson Farming Limited is seeking a Property Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day management of its diverse property portfolio, including agricultural buildings, residential properties, and estate infrastructure. Reporting to the Rural Asset Manager, you will ensure assets are safe, compliant and well maintained, working with tenants, contractors and advisers to support long-term business needs.

Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in Property Management or related field.
- Significant experience managing a varied property/estate portfolio.
- Knowledge of property legislation, compliance and health & safety.
- MRICS/FAAV or progress toward a relevant professional qualification desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of residential and commercial property portfolio.
- Develop and deliver property maintenance and investment plans aligned with priorities.
- Coordinate inspections, maintenance activity and work of contractors with records.
- Support property budgets, expenditure and cost control.
- Procure and manage contractors, consultants and suppliers with strong service standards.
- Build relationships with tenants, agents, landowners and internal teams.
- Contribute to wider estate management including rural and leisure operations.
