You will handle purchases and sales, advise on rural development projects, manage titles, lettings, and tenancy matters, and draft commercial land-use agreements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE with strong property law and conveyancing experience.
• Interest in rural sector and natural capital.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchase and sale of estates, farms, forestry, and rural land.
• Advise on rural development projects, including residential and renewable energy schemes.
• Manage legal matters for estates and rural businesses, including title queries, lettings, and land reform.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements related to land use.
