The Role Includes:

• Handling the purchase and sale of estates, farms, forestry, and other rural land.
• Advising on rural development projects, including residential and renewable energy schemes.
• Managing legal matters for estates and rural businesses, including title queries, lettings, and land reform.
• Working on agricultural tenancies, sporting rights, and voluntary registration projects.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to land use.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years PQE with strong experience in property law and conveyancing.
