Pure Care Recruitment is recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner in Spencers Wood (RG7) in a rural nursery with ample outdoor space. The role focuses on outdoor learning, caring for young children and delivering engaging EYFS activities.

You will join a welcoming team, support planning and assessments, and help children develop confidence and foundational skills in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Formación

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
• Previous nursery or early years setting experience.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Positive, caring and enthusiastic approach.
• Enjoys outdoor learning and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities and outdoor learning.
• Support children's development and learning journeys.
