Job summary

Class Recruitment Ltd. is seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries across Basingstoke and Newbury, including RG22, RG24 and RG14 areas. Roles can be full-time or part-time with travel around local settings.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications, have recent experience with 0–5s, and enjoy working across multiple nursery environments. PAYE only, weekly pay, and flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Consistent recent experience with children aged 0–5.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children and encourage learning through play.
• Support children's interests through activities.
• Supervise indoor and outdoor play.
• Assist with snack and mealtimes.
• Prepare and tidy away activities.
• Help with general housekeeping duties.
• Work with nursery teams to create a safe, caring environment.
