Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Beaconsfield for a Good Ofsted-rated nursery. The role offers £29,900 per annum, 40 hours per week, and a supportive environment focused on child-led learning.

You will deliver high-quality care under the EYFS, plan engaging activities, foster independence and curiosity, and support children's development in a thriving outdoor setting with woodland and garden spaces.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; nurturing, child-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and curiosity.
• Make full use of outdoor learning environments, including woodland areas and garden.
• Observe, assess and monitor children's progress and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.
• Support children's emotional, social and educational development.
