Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- At least 3 years' experience in a nursery/childcare environment.
- At least 1 year in a management/leadership role in EY settings.
- Experience supporting children with SEN.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day nursery operations and staffing rotas.
- Lead a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Support staff development through supervision and training.
- Ensure EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety compliance.
- Engage with parents and the local community.
- Promote outdoor learning and the Forest School ethos.
