Job summary

Davies Group in Godalming, Surrey, seeks an Account Executive for HNW & Estates to manage a portfolio of rural commercial clients and grow personal business. The role requires experience in rural insurance, Cert CII, and a driving licence with regular travel across the southern region.

You will support the Divisional Director, handle mid-range policies, and develop opportunities to bring over existing clients where possible. A car allowance and benefits accompany the salary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in rural insurance with proven AE experience.
• Cert CII essential; DIP on journey towards.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of rural insurance clients (farms, estates, dealerships).
• Support the Director with the existing book, focusing on lower-value policies.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a personal client book.
• Attend client meetings across the southern region; travel is required.
• Maintain high client service and compliance; collaborate with internal teams.
