Davies Group in Godalming, Surrey, is seeking a proactive Rural Account Executive to manage a diverse portfolio of farming and rural business clients, supporting the Rural Director and focusing on lower-value policies (£10k–£50k) while growing your own book.

The role requires 3–5 years in rural insurance, Cert CII, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across the region. There is potential to handle larger accounts and earn up to £60,000 plus car allowance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in rural insurance experience.
• Cert CII is essential and working towards DIP.
• Full UK driving licence required and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of rural insurance clients (farms, estates, dealerships, rural businesses).
• Support Rural Director with existing book and lower-value policies.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a personal book of clients.
• Attend client meetings across the region; travel is required.
• Maintain high standards of client service and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal Account Handlers and Executives.
