Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tractor Operator or similar land-based role.
• Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Health & Safety awareness and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, side-arm flails, mowers and agricultural machinery safely.
• Carry out grass cutting, vegetation management and grounds maintenance.
• Support rural estate maintenance, forestry operations and woodland management.
• Construct and repair fencing, gates and estate infrastructure.
• Complete track repairs, path maintenance and access improvements.
• Create and maintain firebreaks in rural/woodland areas.
• Conduct habitat management and conservation works when required.
• Perform routine servicing and inspections of tractors and equipment.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and risk assessments.
• Work independently and in teams in varied outdoor environments.
• Maintain accurate work records and basic admin duties.
