East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting for a Rural District Nursing role. You will visit housebound patients in their own homes, developing clinical knowledge and skills, with strong communication and teamwork. Travel is required and a car is needed for timely visits.

Support will be provided to work within a multi-disciplinary Primary Care Network and to deliver high-quality community nursing care with autonomy in your practice.

Qualifikationen

• Good communication skills and ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel independently in a timely manner.
• Must have access to a car and hold a current driving licence.
• Opportunity to develop a large range of clinical knowledge and skills with support.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Nursing Care as part of the Rural District Nursing Team.
• Support the District Nurse in the delivery of an efficient/effective nursing service.
• Assess, plan, delivery and evaluate care whilst working autonomously as a lone worker.
