Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 District Nursing Nurse to join the Southeast and Central Northumberland teams. The role covers 8am-8pm, 7 days per week, with 30 hours per week across flexible shifts, including weekends, and requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will work autonomously and as part of community nursing teams, delivering patient-centred care in patients' homes, residential settings and clinics, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• State Registration on Part 1 of the 3 part NMC register.
• Experience coaching and mentoring practices in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nurse-led care in community settings including homes and clinics.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with a wide range of conditions.
• Provide terminal care support and bereavement support where appropriate.
• Perform wound management, catheterisation and other skilled nursing tasks.
