Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a District Nurse to join our community team. You will deliver high-quality patient-centred care in patients' homes, assess needs, develop and evaluate individual care plans, and manage a caseload with Clinical Lead support.

The role requires DN SPQ, NMC registration, and commitment to professional development. Service hours are 8:00 to 18:00, seven days a week, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• A District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ) is an essential criteria.
• Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
• Managing a caseload with support of the Clinical Lead.
• Line Management and leadership of a team of Registered Nurses & HCAs.
• Our core service hours are 08:00 to 18:00, 7 days per week.

Responsibilities
