North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse for Carlisle Network. You will work 37.5 hours per week in a Band 5 role within a district nursing team, delivering compassionate care in the community across Carlisle.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NHS Band 5 equivalent.
• Experience in community district nursing and flexible shift patterns.
• Able to work 37.5 hours per week with weekends on rota.

Responsibilities

• Support the provision of high quality care in the community setting.
• Work with health and social care colleagues to prevent hospital admission and promote independence.
• Be part of the Carlisle Network Community Nursing Team and ICC initiatives.
