Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking dedicated Complex Support Worker in Clun near Ludlow to provide person-centred, specialised care to a gentleman in his own home. You’ll deliver clinical, compassionate support, maintaining a professional overview of his needs.

The role requires a full driving licence and own vehicle, rural location with no public transport. Training is provided; shifts include days and nights with 08:00‑20:00 and 20:00‑08:00 blocks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge around Spinal Cord Injury & associated risks such as Autonomic Dysreflexia.
• Knowledge of additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bowel care, and medication.
• Handle manual handling and meal preparation.
• Support activities outside of the home.
