Radis Community Care in Clun near Ludlow is seeking a dedicated Complex Support Worker to provide person-centred, specialist care in the gentleman's own home, maintaining a clinical and supportive overview.

Role requires a full driving licence and use of own vehicle; training will be provided. You will support with personal care, bowel care, medication, meals and activities, with day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of spinal cord injury and associated risks (e.g., Autonomic Dysreflexia).
• Knowledge of additional needs and care considerations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, specialised care in the gentleman's home.
• Assist with personal care, bowel care, medication, meal preparation and activities outside of the home.
