Job summary

Harri is hiring a Runner for San Carlo restaurants across the UK. You will deliver food and beverages from kitchen to tables, collaborating with front and back of house teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar to customers’ tables accurately and in a timely manner
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils
• Assisting with the setup and clean-up of the restaurant before and after service
• Cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered accurately and on time
