San Carlo invites a Chef de Partie to join its team at Park Central, United Kingdom. You will prepare dishes in your station, follow recipes, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 year’s experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food in assigned kitchen section (grill, pasta, meat & fish, or pastry).
• Ensuring food prep and cooking follows recipes and quality standards.
• Managing your kitchen section and supervising any junior staff.
• Keeping your section clean, organised and equipment maintained.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and adherence to food safety policy.
• Maintaining records of food inventory, prep and waste for your section.
• Treating everyone with respect and staying calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking food in their assigned section of the kitchen, such as grill, pasta, meat & fish, or pastry
• Ensuring that all food preparation and cooking is done in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Managing their section of the kitchen, including overseeing the work of any commis chefs or kitchen assistants
• Ensuring that their section of the kitchen is clean and organised, and that all equipment is properly maintained
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff and restaurant management to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely mannerAdhering to company food safety and allergens policy
• Maintaining accurate records of food inventory, preparation, and waste for their section of the kitchen
• Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience:
