A leading sports organization is seeking a Next Generation Men's Rugby Engagement Executive to enhance fan engagement and support community rugby operations. The role involves managing events, developing partnerships, and fostering relationships within the rugby community. Ideal candidates will have coaching qualifications and strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on promoting the values of honesty, discipline, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and managing a team of coaches.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities through self-motivation.
• Strong understanding of rugby and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver matchday festivals and engagement events.
• Support club and school partnership delivery and development.
• Identify and deliver fan engagement opportunities in schools.
