A social sports organization is seeking a Sports League Coordinator to manage and grow its tag rugby leagues across London. The role encompasses overseeing league operations, leading referees, and fostering player engagement. Ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, and community-focused, ensuring enjoyable experiences for players. The position offers a salary of £27,000–£29,000 plus benefits including company leave and performance bonuses. This role will also provide opportunities for hybrid working depending on agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport, events, or community-led environments is a bonus but not essential.
• Must be reliably proactive and accountable.
• Comfortable managing large volumes of people and information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the weekly running of up to four leagues.
• Be main contact for players and referees.
• Lead referees and Venue Supervisors on shift.
