Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of growth and is seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join the team.

They have already developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They are looking for experienced developers who are excited about building unprecedented solutions. With a unique business model and scale challenges, they need talented problem solvers to address technical complexities.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience in creating secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team adopts a pragmatic approach, selecting the best tools for each problem. Candidates will play a leading role in developing core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience managing large systems following SRE principles
• API development and integration experience
• Experience in testing complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with image manipulation tools like OpenCV is advantageous

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
