Job summary

Involved Solutions is seeking a Rubrik Implementation Engineer for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on implementing, migrating and administering Rubrik-based backup and recovery across on‑premise and cloud environments in a hybrid setup (Warrington or Gloucester).

You will work on deployment, configuration, retention policies, and migrations from legacy backup platforms, with emphasis on ensuring cyber resilience and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Rubrik CDM including installation, configuration and administration.
• Experience deploying Rubrik across Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V and database workloads.
• Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, disaster recovery and cyber resilience.
• Experience creating backup policies, retention schedules and SLA domains.
• Proven experience migrating workloads from legacy backup platforms to Rubrik.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure or managed services environments.
• Good stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, PowerShell/Python or Microsoft 365 backup is desirable.

IR35: Inside
Location: Hybrid - Warrington or Gloucester (2 days per week onsite)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance mandatory
