Job summary

Integrity Plus Ltd is seeking an experienced Stock Systems & Inventory Coordinator to help implement a new Rubicon stock management system across a busy operation in the UK. The role involves hands-on work across warehouse, production and despatch to ensure stock is recorded accurately and aligned with physical stock.

You should be practical, analytical and comfortable working with both people and systems. The position is temp to permanent, with a starting salary around £30,000 per year and

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Rubicon stock management software.
• Experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse operations.
• A strong understanding of stock accuracy and reconciliation.
• Good IT and systems skills, with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the introduction and implementation of the Rubicon stock management system.
• Check system stock against physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Carry out stock checks, reconciliations and regular audits.
• Identify and resolve system and stock anomalies.
• Monitor stock movements from goods-in through production to final despatch.
• Work closely with warehouse, production and despatch teams to ensure stock is accurately recorded and allocated.
