Job summary

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced RTT Validator to proactively manage and validate 18-week RTT pathways. The role focuses on maintaining the Patient Tracking List (PTL) data accuracy and expediting treatment pathways in line with service expectations.

You will interpret information from medical records and letters, update pathways in CareFlow/EPR, and escalate breaches as needed, working with administrative teams within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and monitoring RTT Pathways.
• Ability to interpret medical records and letters.
• Strong Excel skills to interpret reports and Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Patient Tracking List (PTL) to validate RTT pathways.
• Escalate breaches and coordinate with administrative teams.
• Interpret clinical notes and letters to determine 18-week RTT status.
• Update RTT pathways in CareFlow via the EPR system.
• Analyse data from electronic notes to inform pathway decisions.
• Develop knowledge of 18-week RTT rules and Trust policies.
