Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is offering a role as RTT Data Coordinator to support data validation, reporting and operational data workflows within a major NHS trust in Southampton.

The role involves auditing data across clinical and admin systems, creating complex reports, and developing training materials for multi-professional staff, with opportunities to influence practice within the Care Group and Trust policies.

Qualifications

• Audits and validates data in clinical and administration systems.
• Creates reports by inputting and manipulating complex data in Excel/BO.
• Maintains training guides for care group clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce and analyse reports to support data submission and validation.
• Implement Trust and Care Group policies and propose changes in own area.
• Lead in management of electronic booking system worklists and reports.
• Supervise and assist with patient bookings to meet Trust targets.
• Liaise with Operational team on publishing clinical and theatre rotas.
• Deputise the RTT Validation & Access lead.
• Conduct internal IT hardware audits for Care Group.
• Respond to other requests from operations and access management.
• Monitor and maintain patient pathway with National databases validation.
