ITV seeks an experienced RTR Manager – Reconciliations to lead a 6-person team in a hybrid role based in Manchester, with flexible remote elements. You will drive accurate balance sheet reconciliations and champion Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS adoption while ensuring robust period-end closes.

You will also lead audit support, collaboration with Finance Operations, and ongoing development of your team in a digitally transforming RTR function.

Formación

• Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing an RTR team with automated reconciliation software.
• Ability to review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable change.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills under tight deadlines.
• Passionate about digital transformation, process automation, and systems-led solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and foster a collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the RTR Reconciliations team to deliver precise, thorough balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Drive adoption and alignment of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS with company policies.
• Promote a culture of digital adoption, process refinement, standardisation, and automation to maximise efficiency.
• Lead audit support by partnering with external auditors to supply necessary documentation and context.
• Collaborate across RTR leadership and Finance Operations teams to resolve errors and maintain a unified management environment.
• Line manage a team of 6, conduct regular 1-2-1s, set performance goals, and support career progression.
• Proactively expanding expertise in Oracle ARCS capabilities and core financial workflows to implement workflow improvements.
