ITV is seeking an experienced RTR Manager – Reconciliations in Manchester on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a team of 6 accountants, oversee core reconciliation processes, and promote adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS to ensure accurate financial reporting.

You’ll foster a culture of digital innovation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting career development and meeting month-end/year-end deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading an RTR team using automated reconciliation software.
• Ability to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement change.

Responsabilités

• Direct RTR Reconciliations team to deliver accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive adoption and alignment of Oracle ARCS per policy.
• Promote digital adoption, standardisation and automation for efficiency.
• Lead audit support with external auditors providing documentation.
• Collaborate with RTR leadership to resolve errors and maintain governance.
• Line-manage 6 staff, conduct 1-2-1s, set goals, support progression.
