ITV in Media City, Manchester offers a hybrid working environment. We are seeking an RTR Manager – Reconciliations on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract to lead a team of 6 RTR Accountants and Assistant Accountants, reporting to the Head of RTR.

You will oversee balance sheet reconciliations, drive adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS, and partner with auditors. The role emphasizes process automation, continuous improvement, and developing talent within Finance Operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with post‑qualification experience.
• Experience managing an RTR team using automated reconciliation software (Oracle Fusion / ARCS).
• Ability to review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable change.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills under tight deadlines.
• Passionate about digital transformation, process automation, and systems‑led solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate cross‑functionally and foster a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct the RTR Reconciliations team to deliver accurate balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items.
• Drive adoption and alignment of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS with company policies.
• Promote digital adoption, standardisation, and automation to maximise efficiency.
• Lead audit support by providing documentation, context and reconciliations to external auditors.
• Collaborate with RTR leadership and Finance Operations to resolve errors and maintain a unified environment.
• Line manage a team of 6, conduct regular 1‑2‑1s, set goals, and support career progression.
• Proactively expand Oracle ARCS capabilities and core financial workflows to improve workflows.
