Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a reconciliations team and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 6-person RTR reconciliations team.
• Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations and controls.
• Drive system optimization and automation using Oracle ARCS/BlackLine.
• Coordinate with auditors and finance stakeholders during month-end.
