Job summary

ITV plc in Manchester, with a hybrid work pattern, is seeking an RTR Manager – Reconciliations on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a team of 6 RTR Accountants and Assistant Accountants, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, and drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS in line with policy.

Reporting to the Head of RTR, you will champion process automation, continuous improvement, and strong governance while supporting audit activities and the development of your team’s

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading an RTR team using automated reconciliation software (Oracle Fusion/ARCS).
• Ability to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable change.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and time-management skills under deadlines.
• Passion for digital transformation, process automation, and systems-led solutions.
• Strong communication to collaborate cross-functionally and foster a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a team of 6 RTR Accountants and Assistant Accountants.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and prompt item resolution.
• Drive adoption and alignment of ARCS with company policies.
• Support external auditors with documentation and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with RTR leadership and Finance Operations to resolve issues.
• Foster continuous improvement and automation across processes.
• Expand expertise in Oracle ARCS capabilities and financial workflows.
