Qualifications

• Must have RTR experience in a large organisation or shared services environment.
• Strong academic record and professional finance qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• Experience with D365 and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment in a commercial context.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team of accountants and reporting staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of accounting activities across general ledger and management accounts.
• Ensure timely month-end close within Group timetable and SSC SLAs.
• Lead and develop the RTR team, reviewing their work and sign-offs.
• Provide timely financial information to Group Finance and stakeholders.
• Perform complex reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L.
