Job summary

RTKFnet is seeking an experienced RTK Network Operations & Service Lead in Cambridgeshire. This senior, hands-on role leads the technical service function, coordinates day-to-day operations and ensures reliable delivery of RTKFnet services.

You will line manage the technical team, handle customer onboarding, equipment configuration and escalated issues. The role is office-based with some travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTK, GNSS or precision positioning.
• Practical knowledge of NTRIP, TCP/IP networking and VPNs.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day technical service function.
• Line manage and develop members of the technical team.
• Configure and test RTK accounts and customer access.
• Diagnose network, hardware and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate support tickets and technical records.
