Litigation Executive RTA – Greater Manchester

Paralegal or Litigation Executive – This role is specifically designed to develop fee earners who are looking to build litigated RTA experience. It provides a structured route for career progression to more complex work.

Overview

Advising tier 1 insurers on a range of RTA work

You will work in a dynamic RTA team advising a range of insurers as well as self-insured corporates. Responsibilities will include:

• Handling small claims or relevant file handling experience; prior experience in small claims is preferred.
• Long-term career development with the team, progressing to more complex areas of work.
