Job summary

Capgemini in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced RPA NiCE Developer to design, build, test and support NiCE Automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs and databases, delivering tangible business value within an Agile team.

This role offers hybrid working with a mix of offices, client sites and remote work; in some locations you may need to be in the office 40–70% of the time. A Security Check (SC) clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience designing, developing and deploying NiCE RPA (NiCE APA) solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with NiCE Automation Studio.
• JavaScript development including scripting in NiCE APA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions using NiCE Automation Studio.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows.
• Develop reusable automation components and framework assets.
• Integrate NiCE automations with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and produce deployment artefacts.
• Support automation deployments across development, test and production.
• Investigate production issues and provide second-line support.
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams on security and governance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and practices.
