Job summary

Hanover Digital Limited is seeking an experienced Automation Developer with hands-on NiCE RPA expertise to join a major digital transformation programme within the UK Public Sector. The role will design, develop and deploy robust automation solutions that streamline processes and support critical public services.

Applicants must already hold active SC Clearance and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering enterprise automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NiCE RPA development experience required.
• Active SC Clearance at application time is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years delivering RPA or automation solutions.
• Experience in Central Government or Public Sector preferred.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to integrate automation with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using NiCE RPA.
• Maintain, optimise and enhance existing automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects and technical challenges.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical automation solutions.
• Support releases, deployments and go-live activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable automation solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using NiCE RPA.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience developing, deploying and supporting enterprise-scale automations.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with wider enterprise systems.
