Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced RPA NiCE Developer to join an Agile team delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions across complex environments. The role involves hands-on design, development and support of automation that reduces manual effort and enhances operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and QA to deliver secure, scalable automations, while contributing to continuous improvement and governance standards within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and deploying NiCE RPA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on NiCE Automation Studio development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within NiCE APA.
• Ability to integrate automation with REST APIs, databases and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions using NiCE Automation Studio.
• Translate business requirements and process designs into scalable, supportable automation workflows.
• Develop reusable automation components and framework assets to accelerate delivery and maintain consistency.
• Integrate NiCE automations with APIs, databases, web applications and enterprise systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, support guides and deployment artefacts.
• Work with QA teams to support automated and manual testing activities.
• Support automation deployments through development, test and production environments.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, providing second-line support where required.
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to ensure solutions align with security, governance and operational standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, standards and development practices.
