Capgemini is seeking an experienced RPA NiCE Developer to join an Agile team delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions. You’ll design, build, test and support automations that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs and databases, contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll work with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers and Live Service teams to deliver high-quality automation while improving frameworks and development practices.

Qualificações

• Experience designing, developing and deploying NiCE RPA solutions within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on NiCE Automation Studio experience.
• JavaScript development within NiCE APA solutions.
• Experience integrating automation with REST APIs and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, monitoring and maintainable automation design.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions using NiCE Automation Studio.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable automation workflows.
• Develop reusable automation components and framework assets.
• Integrate NiCE automations with APIs, databases, web applications and enterprise systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, support guides and deployment artifacts.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support automated and manual testing activities.
• Support automation deployments through development, test and production environments.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, providing second-line support where required.
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to ensure security, governance and operational standards.
