Job summary

North London Partners Shared Service is seeking a Band 8a Service Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of RPA services across NHS-related areas in Enfield, UK. The role focuses on expanding automation, optimizing performance, and reducing costs through innovation.

You will oversee a small team, coordinate with external clients and NHS partners, and collaborate with DXC Technology on emerging technologies including AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex corporate shared-service environments.
• Proven design, development and management of RPA solutions and delivery.
• Leadership in service changes and improvements.
• Project management principles knowledge or qualification.
• Specialist NHS recruitment, occupational health, medical workforce, payroll, pensions and HR administration knowledge.
• Strong track record of achievement with a master’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing relationships across multiple organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and development of the RPA services portfolio.
• Oversee automation portfolio delivery to meet performance targets.
• Manage a small team and coordinate with external clients and NHS partners.
• Collaborate with DXC Technology to maintain automations and adopt AI opportunities.
• Identify and implement new automation opportunities across recruitment, payroll and HR services.
• Drive continuous improvement, service innovation and customer relationship management.
