Job summary

Atari is seeking a Royalties Manager to own the end-to-end preparation, review and submission of royalty statements to licensors and licensees. The role requires strong contract interpretation skills, financial reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration across accounting, legal and business development.

You will ensure accuracy of calculations, deductions, and recoupment positions, while maintaining robust controls and timely submissions across the global studios.

Qualifications

• Experience managing royalties, licensing finance, or revenue-share reporting in media or entertainment.
• Ability to interpret contracts and translate terms into financial calculations and reporting.
• Experience owning a recurring reporting or payment cycle with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation, review and submission of royalty statements to licensors and partners.
• Validate and reconcile sales data, revenue shares, deductions and recoupment positions.
• Respond to royalty-related queries from internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation, controls and evidence for all royalty activity across entities.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize royalty processes.
